Reporting a parsing problem
If the tool read your comments wrong, the fastest fix comes from seeing what you pasted. Send a handful of the lines that failed — twenty is plenty — along with where you copied them from. Blank out the handles if you would rather not share them; the structure is the part that matters.
Feature requests
Tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way, rather than the feature you have in mind. The underlying problem is usually solvable in a simpler way than the requested feature.
Response time
We reply within a few days, usually sooner. This is a small side project alongside client work, so it is not a same-day support line — but nothing sent here goes unread.
